1. Infection Protection.Org (IPO) offers its products for sale on its website, mail order and through retail outlets.  These terms and conditions (hereafter “terms”) apply to all sales.  Purchasers from the website must read and accept these terms before making a purchase and using the products.

2.  IPO reserve the right to alter these terms without warning and purchasers should read the terms in place at the time of purchase which will be binding.

3.  Any educational matter or advice is offered in good faith. Every effort will be made to keep content accurate and current but no responsibility will be accepted for any loss, harm or injury however caused by following the guidance given.  Nor will any liability for loss, harm or injury be accepted for any errors or omissions in any literature or product instructions supplied by the company or its suppliers. You are strongly advised to discuss all medical matters with your doctor.

4.  As IPO endeavours to offer the safest, most up to date technology in our product range, we reserve the right to change  products and pack price at any time without prior warning and therefore content and cost may not be as illustrated in promotional material. You can rest assured that any substitution will be of equal or better, efficacy and quality.

5.  Product liability lies solely with the producer or importer of the product.  IPO will provide website or contact details for all its suppliers where possible.  More information such as British and European standards testing is available from these companies’ websites (see Links).

6.  Because of the nature of the products supplied IPO follow a no returns policy once the item has been delivered.  If the parcel is returned undelivered by the courier a refund will be given but a deduction will be made for carriage.

7.  Payment for goods is required before the order can be processed.  If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason you will be informed and payment can be refunded or held against future delivery.

8.  Although IPO will process and send your order as soon as possible delays are sometimes unavoidable.  If your order is urgent please contact our Mail Order Dept on 01530 230161 for next day delivery at a higher postage charge.  No responsibility will be taken for delays incurred by a couriers or suppliers.

9.  Copyright:  All text, graphics, layout and logo are subject to copyright and cannot be reproduced in any form whatsoever without the express written permission of IPO.
